
Well, it’s finally happened – the book is out!
It’s been a minute.
Honestly – at one point, somewhere between edit #3 and edit#5, which is where I started questioning the whole point of what I was doing, while also hitting the research / validation phase and realizing this was actually nothing as special or different as I’d previously imagined… I wasn’t sure if this was ever going to see the light of day. Cover design. Book formatting. Copyright processes. Agents and editors, emails and Linkedin.
Just getting the damn time to sit and finish this while I still had some energy.
And, just for some added variety, the flu.
But here we are. It’s done. It’s out. It’s listed and hopefully, in a few days, I should have a physical copy in my hands.
It feels… I don’t know how it feels. Let’s wait for the RWA.
Now comes a whole other aspect, but hopefully one that will still allow for some more creativity and give me a chance to use some hands-on, hard-won skills – the marketing of the book. That’s already showing up to be equally challenging – traps, hard slogs, fast thinking and quick footwork already evident as requirements.

But, here we go. A new chapter begins.
